On to your question, the UK has just come out of a 2nd lockdown and lots of people have been put on furlow (80% paid but not working) and some manufactures have shut down for the period, as of today we are out of lockdown and places are opening up for Christmas as for PECO I'm not sure, there does not seem to be a problem in UK as the news has reported that sales of model railway products have soared to an all time high, maybe the transit of products to Germany is a problem. (...) Right, after further investigation and a visit to my local model shop, apparently Peco has been hit with a few infection of COVID 19 which has reduced their workforce, plus one of their major suppliers has gone bust. So looking around the model shop they too were short on Peco products.

Zusammenfassung in Deutsch:

Lieferschwierigkeiten in Deutschland.
